Taking It Day By Day (Caitlyn's Masks Tribute)
So this is a big one, eh? Backstory, years ago, Caitlyn Masked (of the brilliant blog Caitlyn's Masks) made a Valentine's Day obscura featuring a company called "Day by Day Transformations" and if you know me, you know I love a slow burn transformation story. And I've been enamored with that one ever since and always wanted to do something similar. Then the idea for this struck me amongst all of the "New Year, New Me" posts, which are ripe with TG potential. And voila! This story was born! Decided to use Canva again to get the vibe (and so I didn't have to painstakingly add Polaroid frames like I did back in "Say Cheese and Feminize!") Hope you all enjoy it and I hope Caitlyn doesn't mind me playing in her sandbox a bit.
Shoplifter
Trying something different with the layout with this one. There was a lot of white space and I wanted to utilize it instead of adding a text box. What do you think of this? I probably won't do it often, but it's a fun experiment.
Where There's Estrocola There's Hospitality
A quickie Estrocola cap that pretty much came to me the moment I saw the original image. Ah, the halcyon days of college pranks... Also a continuing entry in my quest to use every single Coca-Cola slogan of all time!
The Three Wise (Wo)Men
Let's see, I've done one about Santa, are there any traditional Christmas figures I haven't worked in a TG caption yet? Hmmm...
State of the Art Starlet
This one I knew was going to be related to Norma Jean Baker, but I wasn't sure what the premise was until I saw a Westworld parody.
An Attempted Escape (myother12 Tribute)
Back when I first started capping, I did some tributes to caption artists who I'd spent years following, but naturally I eventually ran out of my favorites (or those whose styles I felt I could emulate) and while this concept would usually work better as a proper trading caption on The Haven, I felt that it didn't quite fit that, given that I try to ensure that those captions are all in my usual style, as opposed to aping the style of the one I'm giving it to. Hence why I used myself as the subject and a name from myother12's preferences as the other transformee. But that's enough gabbing, I hope that you enjoy the caption!
The Girlfriend Experience
Another quickie, although significantly longer than the first one, this one I saw the picture and the story just came to me. I'm not super thrilled with the title, but it's serviceable.
A Self-Metamorphosis Routine aka I Really Wanted The Initials To Spell ASMR
A trading cap for Dee Mentia of Dee-lusions of Grandeur over at Rachel's Haven. She mentioned that she had a recent thing for ASMR and thus, this cap was born!
Welcome to the Estrocola Side of Life!
A capback on the Rachel's Haven forum for myother123 who recently joined the captioning game and is amazing and deserves some love, so go check out their work. If you like my stuff, then I bet you'll love their stuff as well! Plus, I've been dying to use this pic for ages, but I didn't get a story for it until I saw their preferences!
Body-Switching Ray
A short vintage image inspired one to try to get back into the swing of things. I'm trying to write another bodyswap based cap so I thought this might help my brain work through it. We'll see what happens!
The Same Two Guys We've Always Been
Managed to squeeze out a caption for the June contest over at Rachel's Haven which was "Reality Shift At The Pool" and while I did technically make this the hot tub, you can see the pool in the background of the image, so it still counts!
Maybe the '90s Weren't All That
Another entry for a contest over at Rachel's Haven, this one I really had to force through my writer's block for, since today is the last day to enter, so I'm not thrilled with the formatting, but I'm glad I got it out because the theme was "Possession through a trip to the past/future" and that's a concept ripe for the capping!
Auto-Dresser Aftermath
So my output hasn't been great lately, I've just had a lot of writer's block so I don't want to promise anything but I hope it'll clear up soon, but just so we're clear, if I was ever going to stop producing captions and stories, I wouldn't just vanish off the face of the Earth, I'll be sure to let you know ahead of time. This and the next one I release are ones that were finished in the text stage that I finally formatted into a cap, and as you can see, I went back to my old font cause I figured going back to basics might help in relieving the writer's block. We'll see how that works out later though.
Chemical Reaction
Not super thrilled with the title for this one, but I was glad to get an entry out for the March edition of the Rachel's Haven caption contest this year, this one's theme being "Twinning due to a chemical accident". Thankfully, unlike the last contest, I bothered to read the whole theme and got it right this time!
Digitally Maid
The second of my maid-themed captions, this one the maid aspect is secondary because this was originally written as a caption for this month's contest over on Rachel's Haven, for which the prompt was "size change associated with or in the digital world" but after writing the caption and making it, I realized that I'd gone so overboard with the digital world aspect that I'd completely forgotten the size change aspect and couldn't figure out how to work it in (since I don't usually do size changing in my work) so I decided not to submit it.
Moon Girl Returns
Dee over at Dee-lusions of Grandeur did a cap the other day based on Spider-Man's venom symbiote, which reminded me that I'd started a symbiote-based caption last year and never finished it for some reason, so I dusted it off and am now presenting it here for your enjoyment, true believers!
Short Stuff
Originally this started out as having the gender/size change caused by a magic spell but I realized I just did two magic caps back to back and tweaked it to feature nanites, which are basically just science magic anyway.
Help! I’m Trapped in… a Supermodel’s Body Again!
Based on that old book series by Todd Strasser (Help I'm Trapped...) I decided to try my hand at a mock-up caption of what a future-set sequel might be like. Seriously, there was so much gender bender stuff when we were kids that I'm only just now realizing was there.
