Total ReDu

Made for CourtneyCaptisa from the third of her prompts:

Originally this one was a bit more sci-fi, but I decided to scale it back a bit and bring it more in line with my usual writing. Maybe I'll post that other one sometime, but I like how the new version came out better.

Invention Issues (The Insomniac TG Tribute)

Time for another tribute cap, this one is for one of my recent favorite blogs, The Insomniac TG:    theinsomniactg.blogspot.com/ Their captions are primarily magic/sci-fi and mostly bodyswap with it sometimes being either AR/AP. I definitely recommend checking them out.

And I'd be remiss if I didn't say that the basic premise/character names (though really just the idea of a failed experiment) are inspired by Limbo's Mistress story, "The Other Side of Me": www.tgstorytime.com/viewstory.…

An Un-CON-ventional Costume

Can you tell that I like pun titles yet?

I also got a little artsy with this one. Really, I couldn't decide between the two photos, but the left one's pose worked for the story I had written. Normally, I'd have to leave that first part as a standalone because there are usually slim pickings when it comes to costume pics, but this model delivered with a bunch! I think this might have one to two more parts to it left.

Oh Man-nequin!

Another one inspired by an interactive story thread I worked on years ago: www.writing.com/main/interacti…

Though this version really only takes the broad strokes of it.

Doctor, Doctor

Another one where the picture dictated the story. I saw the image and the first line essentially wrote itself.

Breaking the Curse

I decided I wanted to do a magic story that took a more heartwarming turn than most that I see.

The Replacement Genie

A two-parter based on a thread I started on writing.com: www.writing.com/main/interacti… which was in-turn inspired slightly by one of Escafa's sequences: www.deviantart.com/escafa/gall… (Though really in name/concept only)

Halloween Wager

Obviously not seasonally appropriate, but I couldn't resist writing it after I found the picture.
